As the Office Experience Coordinator, you'll be the face of our Boston office by greeting and handling logistics for our headquarters seated at the front desk while ensuring cleanliness of our office. This role is crucial to our visitor and employee experience, the best candidate will have a can do positive attitude and a customer service mindset.This is an exciting opportunity for a highly-motivated professional looking to start their career in Human Resources. Previous Office Experience Coordinators have advanced to other groups within Talent.

What you’ll work on
  • Greet and direct visitors as the face of Circle seated at the front reception desk
  • Keep our office space and conference rooms looking clean and presentable
  • Keep meetings on track by maintaining room schedules, upkeep, supplies and necessary repairs
  • Serve as a consistent point of contact for employee questions and needs
  • Maintain adequately stocked kitchens and office supplies, restock paper and copy machine products, and general upkeep of office equipment
  • Daily replenishment of snacks in the kitchen
  • Order meals for the office when required
  • Manage shipping and receiving for the office and retrieve, sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Assist and supervise with executing facility improvement projects and office moves, furniture modifications and setups
  • Assist with employee desk moves and maintenance
  • Help support company events
  • Ability to work overtime for special projects as needed, including some weekends

What you’ll bring to Circle
  • 1+ years of office support experience in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Startup experience a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to make sure all tasks are seen through to completion
  • Comfortable adapting to change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexibility in responsibilities - willing to jump in to help on any project on the team
  • Highly intuitive and able to anticipate and proactively address needs with minimal direction
  • Strong sense of initiative and creative approach towards problem solving

Bonus Points
  • Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Interest in cryptocurrency or blockchain technology
