BitGo recently announced its pending acquisition of Kingdom Trust, a fully regulated trust company serving over 100,000 clients with over $12 billion in assets under custody. This acquisition will make the combined companies the only full-stack, at scale provider of onsite and online protection for digital currency investments held by institutional investors.

BitGo is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager who will join our Sales team in NYC.  Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and identify new markets, sales and partnership opportunities
  • Promote BitGo’s platform and products and services to prospective clients - outbound sales
  • Prepare sales contracts, keep records of sales, revenue and invoices, etc.
  • Proactively engage with strategic partners to close long term opportunities
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Arrange meetings with prospective partner clients

BitGo is looking for people who are passionate about their craft, take full ownership for their work and projects, and believe in transparent and collaborative culture with the goal of making BitGo successful. Main requirements:

  • You have a proven track record of closing deals to enterprise level clients within Financial Services as individual contributor
  • You know the inner workings of the Financial industry (banks, brokers, exchanges, hedge funds, and traditional asset managers)
  • Excellent skills in prospecting new clients, cold calling, negotiating, client engagement, CRM, delivering sales pitches, writing proposals, etc.
  • Understanding of our products, clients and industry: digital wallets, cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, bitcoin
  • Ability to work in a startup environment
  • Excellent communication, business acumen and presentation skills
  • Experience in Capital Markets and Business Development
  • You are naturally curious, high energy
  • Self-starter, resourceful, multitasker with a winning attitude
