Fluz Fluz is aiming to disrupt the global retail shopping experience through various consumer touch points.  We are a FinTech company sitting in the intersection between blockchain, social media, payments and retail.  We are a fast-moving company that has experienced rapid growth.  Over the past year our team has grown from 5 members to over 45 and we are operating internationally.  We are about to launch our US consumer cash back ap.  

 

Our product allows your to earn cash back for every-day purchases.  What makes us different than all other cash back sites/apps is our unique network distribution model.  Every member can build out their referral network.  Part of the cash back is distributed with the people who invited them.  We are looking to invite institutions (charities, schools, teams, businesses, etc) to start their own networks and invite their existing membership.  The institution’s membership will be contributing to the organization they already support through their every day purchases.

 

We are looking for a director of channel sales.  This position will help build out a sales team forging new relationships with various institutions.   Initially, the role involves building a strategic, entrepreneurial channel sales team and working directly with them to ensure their success. Then, the primary driver of this role will be to engage, train, develop and enable our partners to sell the product to other institutions.  We offer uncapped earning potential with an opportunity to develop a new market from the ground up.

 

Responsibilities 

•  Map a national sales team to help drive channel sales 

•  Recruit and onboard sales force targeted at sales channels

•  Recruit various institutions directly

•  Work with upper management to build out programs and content to support institutional on boarding 

•  Support engagement of institutions in ongoing promotion of the product to their members

•  Support sales team to build out pitch programs for various channels

 

Requirements 

•  You live and breathe selling

•  Confident in your ability to sell a new program to a wider audience

•  Ability building and directing a sales organization

•  Experience with a CRM to manage sales flows

•  Ability to think strategically and creatively

•  Ability to be self-motivated as well as work both independently and as part of a team

•  You care deeply about the meaning and impact of your work

 

Salary 

Commission based with a draw.
