Disruptive FinTech Start Up looking for Mobile Engagement Strategy Director

 

Fluz Fluz is aiming to disrupt the global retail shopping experience through various consumer touch points.  We are a FinTech company sitting in the intersection between blockchain, social media, payments and retail.  We are a fast-moving company that has experienced rapid growth.  Over the past year our team has grown from 5 members to over 45 and we are operating internationally.  We are about to launch our US consumer cash back ap.  

 

We are looking for a director to lead mobile audience lifecycle marketing.  The candidate will drive and nurture engagement with our loyalty product.  They will be responsible to create unique in-app marketing programs and delivering delightful digital brand experiences to improve customer lifetime value and brand advocacy.  The ideal candidate will live and breathe understanding mobile install base, have deep customer empathy, be passionate about driving user behavior change through programs/tactics, pro-actively minimize churn, measure your impact with data analytics (test, learn, iterate, scale), and enjoy bringing global cross-functional teams together to solve digital challenges. 

 

Responsibilities

•  Lead creation and execution of engagement & retention programs for all digital touch points to resonate with our audience

•  Build audience marketing capabilities - develop understanding/expertise of platform global install base leveraging research and analytics (User Segmentation, Behavior Analysis, A/B Testing, Market Analysis etc.)

•  Manage the lifetime value of the user base and initiate programs to increase it

•  Define user engagement KPIs and report to management on impact and ROI for all end-user marketing programs and activities

•  Create scalable and repeatable global operational processes to improve the efficiency of engagement & retention 

•  Drive mobile re-engagement efforts while holding campaigns to goals and delivering incremental value

•  Build and deploy push notification strategy to increase app engagement and improve user retention

•  Guide platform roadmap development by contributing from user engagement analytics

 

Requirements 

•  Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in mobile marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or other data-driven marketing messaging experience

•  3 years experience with CRM automation, marketing automation platforms (email and push), CMS tools

•  Thought leader with a solid understanding of the key business drivers and customer dynamics in the digital media, commerce, advertising, mobile, and high-tech industries

•  Knowledge and understanding of consumer habits, motivation techniques, generating engagement via social and mobile digital touch points 

•  3 years experience translating business issues into customer solutions including opportunity identification, requirements development, and delivery

•  Self-driven entrepreneurial and data driven mindset with excellent communication skills and ability to craft engaging copy

•  Innate curiosity of learning about emerging platforms with a solid understanding of current platforms, especially mobile

•   A forward thinker and big picture visionary

 

Salary 

Competitive based on experience.
