Community Manager

Our community manager is responsible for making sure we understand our users, for making sure our users needs are taken care of, and for marketing to new users on social media and through direct communication. Firstly, the community manager will use our app and support channels to communicate with the users and be sure the concerns and issues are addressed and prioritized. Secondly, the community manager will engage with new and prospective users via social media or by identifying and contacting them directly. Thirdly, the community manager will write new content on a regular basis to ask the users what their concerns are, to answer questions, or to market to new users.
