About the Role:

The Customer Support Lead is an experienced navigator in the technical support space. They are able to rapidly synthesize data, brainstorm, and coordinate with the broader Product and Engineering teams to empower and retain users of Ujo’s products. The Lead will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be apart of a collaborative environment.

About the Community Support role at Ujo:
  • Experience in a customer support role and passion for helping others
  • Demonstrable long-term experience in customer management and communications
  • Ability to concisely communicate product updates on various issues, such as new features or additions, and provide technical responses to more complex issues.
  • Comfortability with creating and owning the strategy of how end users have necessary communication tools to support a great experience
  • Familiarity and interest in non-hierarchical decision-making and decentralized systems.
  • Provide technical support for both the Ujo Platform and Products
  • Manage all communication, including technical product feature communication to end-users
  • Technical and account management issues resolution according to established process
  • Deliver tactful, polite responses to customer inquiries
  • Work with product teams and communicate general technical improvements to prevent ongoing issues.
  • Monitor and keep a pulse on the various Ethereum social media outlets, remain attuned to customer opinions and needs, and vocalize findings to the product team.
