The Protocol Engineering Group and Systems (PegaSys) team within ConsenSys creates and contributes to the software which operates Ethereum networks from the public chain to enterprise ecosystems. About the role:

PegaSys is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator who will serve as a point of contact for candidates interviewing at ConsenSys and will ensure the full candidate experience runs smoothly. In this exciting role, you will primarily support the PegaSys talent acquisition specialists, as well as ad hoc support to our Strategy and Operations team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead efforts on moving candidates throughout the interview process swiftly including scheduling phone screens, interviews, and relevant assessments 
  • Prepare the PegaSys team before all interviews and promptly gather and share feedback with hiring managers
  • Coordinate interview team feedback sessions
  • Create and update job descriptions
  • Provide a positive experience for every person we interview
  • Ensure our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) is always up to date
  • Create new jobs in Greenhouse and ensure the interview plan is set up appropriately
  • Generate weekly reports from Greenhouse to give insight on our candidate pipeline
  • Be a proactive member of the team; identify needs and use your initiative to make our interview experience better

Requirements:
  • 1 to 3 years of successful experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication
  • Reliable, diligent, able to juggle multiple tasks effectively
  • A positive attitude
  • Exceptionally organized and detail oriented, never letting anything fall through the cracks
  • Interest in new technology, Blockchain, and/or Ethereum a plus
