As the Head of Systems Integrator Partnerships, you will develop and grow Hedera Hashgraph’s Systems Integrator partnerships to deliver best in class solutions to our enterprise clients worldwide.  You will leverage the Hedera developer advocate network and engineering team to train and educate our Systems Integrators. You will work in conjunction with our Systems Integrator partners to develop the operational processes, KPIs and applications to deliver valuable enterprise solutions on our revolutionary hashgraph platform for our clients. You will identify product and feature development opportunities at client engagements and work with our Systems Integrators and Engineering Team to enhance our hashgraph platform.  You will work closely with our Business Development executives to develop a pipeline of solutions delivery projects for our clients, in conjunction with our Systems Integrator partners, to grow the global footprint of applications and solutions implemented on our hashgraph platform.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Deliver application solutions built on hashgraph with our Systems Integrators 
  • Identify and recruit new Systems Integrators according to their industry, geographic and customer segment specializations
  • Collaborate with the business development team to deliver hashgraph-based solutions with Systems Integrators for our pipeline of client projects
  • Close partnership agreements while properly balancing company goals, speed to market and market potential
  • Leverage engineering and developer advocate resources to train and educate Systems Integrator Partners on our hashgraph platform
  • Track, report and optimize the performance of partnerships, including identifying issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions and executing those solutions
  • Provide thought leadership, strategic insight and clear communication (written and verbal) to the Hedera executive team on partnership initiatives

Qualifications 

  • Leadership role in software solutions delivery engagements at a systems integrator, product development, or major consulting firm with strategic platform vendors
  • Exceptional vision for discovering, defining and executing channel partnership opportunities
  • Experience facilitating partnerships across multiple industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Familiarity with distributed ledger technology and distributed applications is preferred
  • 7 to 10 years of consulting or technology solutions delivery experience in a technology driven company, leadership role in closing partnership deals and executing software VAR agreements with enterprise-level companies
